step one: place your hands about a hands-length away from the wall, and the crown of your head against the wall. Lift your butt up, and walk your feet in a bit
step two: with your head still touching the wall, bend one leg and kick the other up in the air. Be sure to bring the other one up quickly, too!
don’t be mad if you aren’t able to get the hang of it the first couple of days. It takes practice!
Once you get more comfortable being upside down(it’s great, you’ll love it!), you can start moving your head away from the wall, so only your legs are touching it. it’s harder, because the only thing holding you up now are your arms, but don’t fret! its loads of fun :~)
it’s alright to be afraid at first, it took me 30 minutes to just attempt it my first try heh. also, making a little pillow fort around you also helps you feel safe, go for it!
