it has officially been one year since i decided to get healthy and lose weight! i started counting calories using myfitnesspal and running using the couch to 5k app!
it hasn’t always been easy and now it’s more about learning to maintain my weight and improve my running. i’m so happy to see how far i’ve come and i truly am proud of myself.
when i started i could hardly even run for 1 minute straight without being out of breath, now i can run an 8k and feel awesome about it afterwards! anything really is possible if you have dedication and motivation :)
before - march 2012 -186.5
after - march 2013 -129.8
(i’m 5’4” by the way)
